Nerida was amazing in explaining how much of an impact the diagnosis and wearing of the lenses can make on people's lives!

Nerida was very proffessional and took the time to thoroughly assess me in Nov 2019. My irlen lenses arrived within 2.5 weeks. The lenses help a lot.

The receptionist Di is absolutely lovely -a credit to this business. I never wish to come across Nerida again after the way she spoke to and treated my 8 yr old and myself after a 2nd failed attempt at colour selection. To her credit, I was promptly refunded. Ensure your child's answers are thoroughly consistent and that they can articulate how their eyes feel with the vocabulary range of a thesaurus or you will experience visible frustration from Nerida.

Having an assessment at the Sydney Irlen Dyslexia centre has changed my life. I have learnt so much about myself and why learning was such a challenge all those years ago. If only I had known this vital information years ago my ability to apply myself at school would have been so different. I now have an explanation for why I read slowly, lose my place and have problems concentrating when I read. I did not realise that text on a page should not distort and the white background of pages should not seem bright.I now wear Irlen Spectral Filter Lenses for these problems and they are AMAZING!! I wear them when reading and when out and about during the day and night. I do not get headaches when I read, I can read for much longer, the page is not bright and I can keep my position. My eyes do not strain, I am not fatigued on a daily basis and I don't knock into things when walking past them. They have been so helpful. It is well worth finding out if this is what you may have. It can change your life, seriously.

recently went to get myself and my 7 year old tested found Nerida worked well with both of us and kept my daughter engaged.Nerida explained things well to help my daughter explain what she was seeing and where her difficulties were, saw a vast improvement for both of us when we found our specific coloured lenses, can't wait for delivery.Nerida was also helpful from a teaching perspective on who and how I may need to aid some of my students, I also learnt so much thanks again.

I took my son to the Irlen Dyslexia Center after many year's trying to find help for my son.We found Nerida to be very helpful & after an hour of looking at words on different colour sheet's Nerida was able to find the right colour for my son this was really amazing for both myself and my son who said that he could finally read without the words jumping all over the paper!We ordered his glasses & they have arrived.Wow what a change in my son, he wears his glasses all day & he is happy to attend school now.Thank you Irlen Dyslexia Center & Nerida, I will continue to recommend you to everyone!!!

What an incredible find this place is. The receptionist is lovely and accommodating and the Assessor Nerida was so knowledgable and patient. As a parent getting your kid tested was like pieces of the puzzles falling into place. I feel distressed to think that my child has made all these incredible tactics to compensate for her struggle to read and comprehend. If you keep asking yourself questions or your child is good but seems to fly under the radar at school . Please book in to get them tested for Irlen syndrome at this wonderful clinic.
