Great service from both Pedders Taren Point NSW and Pedders Toowoomba QLD. Had a minor leaking airbag in my car suspension after leaving Sydney. Rang Taren Point store who arranged for Toowoomba store to fix. Pedders Toowoomba gave me a loan car free of charge for the day so they could not only fix the leak but monitor the airbag for 4 hours to ensure the job was done properly. For someone travelling a lot, Pedders Nationwide Warranty is great piece of mind. Thanks so much guys.

You'd be better taking off your car to one of the other more reputable suspension shops nearby. As previous reviews state, these guys do not diagnose issues that you have told them about. They just want to get you in for their suspension check" so they can slap you with a bill for a few thousand. Their labor rates are a rip vs other suspension shops around town and their parts prices are heavily marked up. Avoid! For their motto being "no bull" these guys are full of bull :)"

We took our car down to peddles over 5 weeks ago to get new brake pads and rotors and a wheel alignment.They gave us a quote and said we will ring our supplier and get the parts and will ring you when they come inWell over 5 weeks went by we did not hear from them so I rang yesterday and spoke to some guy,he said I will ring our supplier and I will ring you backI waited all day no phone call so at 430; the same day I rang them they had no answer so I told them not to worry about it I will go some where elseNot very good customer serviceA.nd not good business people

The $28 suspension and brake test is well worth it for the apx 2 hr job. Great customer services. Good to work with. And able to get any of your suspension parts there. On hand most times for many cars. Parking could be improved slightly.

Good work, however, no quote no real time frame given even with a booking, waited 6 hours for a $28 inspection & 1 CV boot. Not acceptable really. Far better communication required. Probably won't be back!
