Audiofix

I have bought a second hand Project turntable from Alex, and more recently have had my CD player fixed. However when I took in my AMP which had issues (some of which were years old and had attempted fixes in the past) Alex set about upgrading the amp through a repair. The result has been awesome. My amp, CD player and turntable now perform better than ever and I am 100% satisfied with all the work he has done for me. I would recommend Audiofix and Alex to anyone who has high end HIFI requiring repair, he is knowledgeable, informative and provides a wonderful service. Without Alex I would have to travel back and forth to Brisbane to have repairs done.

I have been buying Hi Fi equipment from Audiofix for a number of years and have always received great advise and service. If you are just starting out getting your first Hi Fi or are a high end user I would highly recommend you talk to Alex at Audiofix, they have some great Hi Fi equipment on demonstration.

Tremendous personal and expert service. I had an ancient tape deck that no longer worked and took it to Alex at Audiofix to ask if it could be repaired. Even though this deck was obviously a long way gone I was a bit insistent and so Alex said he would have a go. The deck was repaired with the explanation that many parts were worn and it probably wouldn’t last.It didn’t - so I accepted this and without any further expectation I provided some feedback to Alex as to what went wrong for his information. His response was to say that was predictable and then offered me a recently traded in tape deck the price for which he included in the original repairs. I now am a contented old 60s and 70s rocker with a renovated tape deck playing all my old cassettes. Great personal service and generosity.

I recently purchased some equipment and some spare parts from Audiofix and had them sent to Cairns. The experience was excellent with great products and excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great service and really good guys to deal with. I've been searching for some good deals on a Rega amplifier and I either couldn't find an available one or there's isn't a good deal at all. Until I bumped into Audiofix that has the particular stock and a really good deal too. Will do business with them again in the future.-Paul-
