We have just received the keys to our first home with Redink and could not be happier. Our site supervisor Chris, our sales advisor Wanda, our client liaison Connie and the rest of the team have been so informative and helpful throughout the whole process. Our new home looks amazing and we are so happy with the end product. The communication was great throughout the entire build, we always knew what was happening and coming up. We would highly recommend anyone looking to build to go with the friendly team at Redink.

Signed up with redink back in July 2020! So has taken almost 3 years to build my small 3x2 (still no handover). Had nothing but hassles and excuses from them. Every time you call to speak to the office in regards to issues they say they’ll get someone to call you back…. THIS NEVER HAPPENS! Brickwork was shocking and messy. Every single window frame in the house is damaged so no windows can be opened. When the design went to drafting they didn’t acount for the tiles, so now whenever the bathroom door is opened it hits the shower screen. I have requested that redink need to rectify this issue as it wasn’t out fault, their solution is to re-hinge the door to open into the main hallway which is dangerous and not professional (waiting for another outcome).The lack of communication between redink and their clients is absolutely disgusting. If you request to speak with the construction manager then they hang up on you. This is our first time building and we are honestly so upset and disappointed that we will never be building in the future or recommending redink.

Good choice if you want to commit financial suicide, lose your sleep or make lawyers richer. Could not allocate bricklayers for 8 months. When they allocate bricklayers it was full of errors, almost 80% of bricklaying was done and then they realized there were some issues. Eventually, demolished all the brick walls. Which took 7/8 additional months. So in 15/16 months they have done nothing.

Don't expect that structural corrosion and an agreed snag list will mean that Redink will correct their failures, they won't.This company's responsibility ends with the sale. Substandard work and structural corrosion as a result of failure to use code compliant material for a coastal area is your problem.The customer facing staff in the maintenance team are overworked. Escalation to the Construction Manager led to him sending out his Building Supervisor, who wasn't aware of the six month old snag list and accused me of causing damage and then attempting to claim on the warranty. Supervisor was utterly unaware of the codes for protection of structural steel for a coastal area and refused to bring the defective steelwork up to code. The Construction Manager then came out, accepted that the snag list was correct and the structural corrosion should be corrected. Acceptance, but again, no action. At all.Standing outside of the showhouse and warning potential buyers of the problems they'll face gets attention from Redink, but still no progress. After warning people away on a Saturday afternoon, I get calls Sunday morning from the Building Manager and the Chief Financial Officer. The Building Manager came out, he was very reasonable and I was assured that the structural corrosion would be corrected, but the contractor allocated to the work cancelled three times (each time I waited in) and on the fourth time didn't show, and is now not taking calls from me or from the Building Manager.I'm now going back to standing outside of the showhouse and next I'm raising a complaint with the regulator.DO NOT BUY FROM REDINK!

Knock down and RebuildAt Redink I found a design that suited my wants and fitted very nicely onto my existing block. Since contacting Redink, I have been in regular contact with David Godfrey and the team, who have all expertly guided me through the process for demolition, some changes to the design and choosing the fitout. It can be a highly stressful, but David and the team are very competent, professional and experienced, knowing their product inside and out.I am looking forward to the next stage of the build. My experience building with Red Ink was absolutely wonderful! I loved dealing with Anthony in sales, Chelsea in the office, Karl as our supervisor, all the tradesmen involved in building our house (plus everyone else who was involved along the way made it all so easy). We were lucky enough to meet and speak to almost everyone building our home and found them all to be friendly, efficient and interested in delivering a top quality home within the estimated time frame.I felt as though everyone cared about what they were doing and it showed in the end result. My husband and I now have a beautiful high quality home which we call our little sanctuary in the hills.We only had a few minor hiccups along the way but nothing that wasn't sorted out with a little communication, and some things were not Red Ink's fault as our home is in a tricky spot in the middle of the bush with BAL requirements and at the top of a hill. Also, some items ended up not being available from pre-start when it came time to install them, but again, it was all sorted out very quickly and similar replacements found. Also, the weather wasn't always on their side at times through the build but they made it work and even finished earlier than expected which was perfect for us!I also feel to make special mention that I felt very supported by the Red Ink team through the process of building, particularly as my husband was laid up for months recovering from back surgery so I was having to manage everything in that time. Building can be stressful (and it was for me when I built my first home many years ago) but it didn't feel that way at all with Red Ink this time.I would absolutely recommend building with these guys.

We built our house with Redink in 2021 and submitted 6 months maintenance report. Someone came from Redink to inspect the property and took all the photos and from that date till now it's been more than a year and they haven't even finished the maintenance. Every time you send them an email their reponse is all the trades are busy. Very very bad maintenance service and will not recommend Redink to anyone and will stop all my friends or anyone going to Redink as much as I can.

Our build with Redink couldnt have been smoother, havent had a single hiccup since the build had commenced. They accommodated us in each and every way. The house was fully customisable which no other builder was willing to do in our budget. They let us do owner siteworks which saved us heaps. The build quality couldnt be better and the problems were immediately sorted. Would like to appreciate our Client Liaison Connie and Supervisor Troy for making this journey wonderful. We are very happy to move into our first home this month.Our final cost was lower that what we signed. Our build was very well managed, very prompt to our queries. Wish i could give more stars to these people.

Our journey with Redink has been very good. The staff members are very helpful and willing to take time to answer any questions we have. Since pre-start we are working with Carrie and she has walked us through each step with care. So far our journey with Redink is very satisfactory.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. An absolute joke of a company and avoid at all costs. Our slab went down in June of 2021 and still no end I'm sight at this stage - march 2023, we aren't even fully locked up yet. We have had no contact from anyone at redink this entire build unless we have reached out to them. This has been the worst most experience and we are so disappointed.
