Best place for my pup! He loves it. They do an amazing job for grooming and day care

Chris and the team at paws dog day care are amazing. I take my dog Fred there and he absolutely loves it. The staff are so caring and send updates regularly and you can tell they love the dogs. They are very reasonably priced and super flexible. I highly recommend them!

Our 16 month old fur Pug baby Wulagu has been coming to Paws since he was 3 months old. He absolutely loves going there.Chris and the staff, you guys do an excellent job. Keep doing what your doing!!!

Do not use these groomers …We left our beautiful labradoodle puppy Buddy here for a groom. We dropped him off at 8.50am … and when we picked him up (a whole 9 hours later) he was unrecognisable. The groomers made us pay $140 before Buddy came out … definitely too much, given the end result. Buddy is normally happy after a groom - today he was timid - especially when the groomer tried to approach him.I left clear instructions to do a full groom and acknowledged that his chest was a bit matted - so asked for his chest area to be clipped, but blended into the rest of his body, which was only to be trimmed to half the original length. I also clearly stated that I wanted his head to remain fluffy.See below the before and after photos for reference. The clip is patchy and his eyelashes cut unevenly. There was also blood on his ears.What I am most disappointed about is that there was no communication throughout the day asking permission to cut him shorter. Instead, the groomer preceded to tell us how matted he was “all over his body” when I know it was only his chest where his harness sits that had knots. It seemed they wanted to do what was easiest for them.I will not he returning to these groomers.

What beautiful caring staff! Did an absolutely wonderful job with my two elderly dogs who were both so excited and happy to spend the day at such a lovely place and have the best grooming ‘spa’ day. Thankyou everyone- we will be back!

My experience with Paws Dog Daycare and grooming was traumatic to say the least. After trusting them with my 1 and a half year old Pomeranian to give a him trim, I was given back a dog that looked like a sheered sheep. The dog groomer was well aware that you cannot cut a Pomeranian too short or you run a severe risk of alopecia. It has been 3 months now and he is not growing any fur back on half of his body. He is my little fur baby and her response when I took him back was “he should be ok but it might take a year or 2 to grow back” and that was eventually after she finally took responsibility for it and only did because I had photos of when he was still there after his brutal haircut. I was offered no compensation in any way other than “it should be ok”. I would give this a -10 if I could as she has ruined the whole look of my pedigree dog. I do not recommend this place if you care for your pet.Below is a before photo and and 3 month after photo.

We are travelling with our two Chihuahuas, and wanted to visit the sights of Adelaide, dog free. We found Paws Dog day care & Grooming opposite the caravan park we are staying in. My goodness, what an awesome place. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We were able to enjoy our days out and not have to worry.

Wally our Cairn Terrier has been going to Paws for a couple of months and loves it! He loves playing with the other dogs and comes home really worn out which is much better than sitting at home all day. The staff are great and it is easy to book online.

We have had our staffy bathed here without any issues. She comes home smelling lovely. Service is good and happy to accommodate a quick last minute booking
