Great customer service! I love how you can get delivery on the same day. It's was my little sisters birthday, I am living on the other side of the country so i was impressed how I could get her something nice without physically being there. I'll definitely be back again.

Superior customer service - very friendly, quick and responsive. Ordered a custom bouquet seamlessly with no hassles, they were very accomodating and helpful. The presentation of bouquet was stunning, arranged with great care and attention to detail. They have a great product range with lots of variety. Website also very easy to use and showcases products very well. Very satisfied customer, will definitely order again.

I was referred by a friend of mine, who was thrilled with a bouquet she bought from here, decided to try them. My wife received her bouquet within a few hours. The bouquet was well put together, just like it was on the website. I was very impressed with the pricing & product, the chocolates where fresh and delicious. Highly recommended and will definitely order again from Chocolat Fleurs! The bouquet I ordered turned out absolutely amazing! Customer service was excellent and very speedy. I had previously entered in the wrong address with my order and Melissa was extremely helpful in helping me update it and also give me advice on which delivery option I should choose based on my needs. Highly recommend. As we are not able to celebrate in person at the moment, I ordered one of the chocolate and lollie bouquets for my nephew. Was delivered on time and looked amazing. Great customer service, quick to respond to enquiries.

Ordered a week before a birthday. They called the day before to say because of covid and a lot of deliveries at this time they just wanted to let me know it may be late. However, it got there on time in the morning. Very happy with price, product and and simple old fashioned customer service and courtesy :-)
