Tom the Account Manager assisted us today in our purchase of a computer chair. His knowledge on the subject was brilliant, so he was able to immediately cut it down to just two chairs to look at - one we ended up buying. He was patient, and Empire had good quality chairs to view. It was easy to park, and Tom helped us place it in our car. We would recommended visiting Tom at Empire before bothering going elsewhere.Robyn and Ian

This morning on the advice of my health advisor my husband and I went to the store with the intention of purchasing a chair which may have assisted with my pain management. I was advised to purchase the chair with the most knobs and adjustments and to have the boys" there instruct me on the use of same.We looked at chairs for over 10 minutes and unfortunately the "boys" did not bother to enquire as to the reason for our visit at all so we left empty handed. I hope that their employer gives them further instruction in customer service."

I was given two different quotes by the same salesperson, the first quote was given verbally and when asked to put it in writing the price was increased. Salesperson refused to honour the initial price. Took my business elsewhere due to misleading conduct and their refusal to honour the initial quote given.
