Zero - K9 Hydrate Absolutely pathetic company . Abusive, liars. Delivered wrong cat!!!!! Abusive calls and texts . Never ever trust your animals with them. Owner won’t take calls. Staff hang up. Invent stories to cover up for their rudeness and errors. Beware. If customer service is what you expect, don’t go here. They will reduce you to tears. Abhorrent disgusting service. The owner has threatened to go to the police and accuse me of harassment if I post a bad review.

10 Star service at K9hydrate Pet Express, they kept me constantly updated and together with photos of my cat along the way , very highly professional and so fast, you won't get better anywhere, I highly recommend K9hydrate, thank you very much for your service and looking after my cat.
