Zoe has a way of gently facilitating self-inquiry whilst exuding so much love, attention and compassion.She provides such a safe container for expression, and her empathy and patience are so calming to my nervous system.I have come away from all sessions feeling like I've been heard and held, but also been led into a deeper space of understanding myself and my patterns with some nudges to dig deeper.All sessions I've had with her were painted with laughter too - which also feels like an integral part of healing and unravelling; having a therapist who can create that kind of environment feels so special.I would highly recommend working with Zoe to anybody, her bubbly personality, her intuition, the way she allows us to lead whilst providing direction and her passion for her work is unparalleled. I feel safe and held in the space Zoe holds - she’s such an authentic human! Her group process session have been unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I’m learning how to listen with my body and to support others to thrive. Seeing myself through the mirror of others people has helped to tame my harsh self critic.
