We recently finished our first-ever bathroom renovation, sourcing all products from Highgrove Bathrooms. We are so impressed with not only the quality of the items, but also the support and expertise from the Highgrove team!As we managed the renovation ourselves, we had a few questions along the way and weren’t always 100% sure what we would need, but the Highgrove team were always happy to help and point us in the right direction, so that we could make things easier for our trades and avoid any delays.A big thank you in particular to Katherine for going above and beyond in helping us to keep to our schedule, we couldn’t be happier with the end result!

I purchased a large amount of tapware and received endless amount of assistance with my order. I then had a faulty tap that they replaced without a fuss! Absolutely could not recommend this company enough. I was extremely impressed with amount of customer service and communication I received from Fiona as she went above and beyond to assist me. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

The staff at the Dandenong store were extremely helpful ...we purchased tap ware, toilets, vanities, cupboards, shower roses, all that was needed for two bathrooms. Agnes was fantastic in advising us what was needed, Zoe was extremely helpful when I needed extra items and swapping things because I changed my mind, we had a small problem with one of the items, the manager arranged for someone to come out and look at it and it was then replaced without question. I can’t recommend these guys enough. All the staff had smiles and a warm welcome to the store.

I have phone up Dandenong store. I was lucky to have deal with a sales consultant like Zoe. She sound really friendly and well mannered over the phone.
