The people selling the homes seemed professional, the quality of the tradesmen they use couldn't be described the same way. We never should have accepted the house the way it was handed to us but because of delays, we financially had to.Trying to get things rectified is a nightmare with Dixon's, it's that bad I'm slowly doing it myself it seems easier and I know the job will be Done properly, I still have eaves that were butchered sitting unpainted 1.5 years later just to name 1 thing.

Great service, build within the time frame given, very happy with the Capalaba team. If you looking for a standard home on a fixed budget you going find it very hard Dixon homes.t

Contacted me saying I 'won' a free soil test. Catch is only if I choose one of their designs and go with them for the build. This soil test package is something they would have to do anyway if we chose them as our builder, so in other words we won nothing. Wasted 30 minutes of my time.
