Epping Park by Meriton Leasing Office

Pros: Lived in Epping Park by Meriton for two years. Good quality spacious apartments with gym, swimming pool and tennis court facilities. Well maintained nature strips and very clean. Building manager Jake is very easy to work with and always willing to help.Cons: limited street parking and no counsil garbage collection for large items.

Really poor maintenance and cleanliness of communal areas. Particularly the pool tile floors appear to never be cleaned. Full of black grime. Also children take over the jacuzzi with no social distancing or signs with restrictions.People also take your parking spot and building management do nothing about it. In addition its really difficult to have visitors because if they want to drive you need to book visitor parking, often its not unlocked or when available someone else parks in your booked spot but management do nothing about it. They dont care and are extremely unresponsive. Its almost like social housing in the 1980s.Im so glad i didnt buy a property here. Im renting and looking elsewhere.

Having moved into Epping Park during covid, thought it was time to post how wonderful it actually is.The building manager Jake made my move seamless.The success of this residential park can be attributed to Jake. A building manager who is customer focused, dependable, responsible and hard working.The facilities of a swimming pool, tennis courts, security and a Cafe to boot.

Very nice environment and the facilities and gardens are well maintained. The building managers are very helpful. It is quiet and tranquil surrounded by parkland. Very nice residential complex for family with kids.

While the space around the houses are very well maintained and clean, and the building manager Arthur is amazing, I wouldn't recommend moving to the townhouses here.I've been living here the last 6months and I've noticed how poor the infrastructure is, electric appliances break easily, drains are poorly maintained, repeated water problems and for some weird reason our gym access card keeps failing to work !!!!

HI , I just wanted to add , we love living at Epping park , love coming home from a long day to the beautiful apartments, the views from our balcony are beautiful, gardens are amazing, all the facilities are 5 stars.Best of all Management is always on site for support.id like to thank Nick ,Jake and Eric on the wonderful work they do to make our home a great place to livewell done guys .Skye and Andy

Very nice residential complex with on-site management office which small complex does not have. Very quiet and do not hear any sounds from neighbors. Good building material compared with newly built apartment complex. Good recreational facilities. I have a car so transportation is not a problem. Otherwise, there is a bus running to Eastwood Station but not very frequent. Overall, this is an underrated apartment complex. I am glad that I found Epping Park to be my home.

This is a nice to take a walk specially when you are living near Epping Meriton apartment which is a cluster of apartments with well parking facilities in each apartment.Good for the old people and kids to take quick walk in nature while they are living in the city.

It's a good place when you are living in it. It has good facilities for example Parks, a swimming pool, spa, sauna, not to mention an exercise room, plenty of room to walk in. However the building's construction is appalling, you are able to hear the apartment next does conversation. Everything echoes, even outside, having guests over is almost impossible with the noise v that comes with it.

I love Epping park and would like to buy one more apartment for investment.
