My daughter bought a car from this place about 9 months ago. They only gave her one set of keys. I rang them to ask for the second set and no reply. I rang them again and left a message to ask about the second set of keys and no reply ... still waiting 9 months later!!!! Pretty poor, unprofessional and disprespectful not to return my calls - that's just common decency. Any car I've bought elsewhere has always had 2 sets of keys. Even if they didn't have that second set it would've been respectful to return my calls. Don't bother. Car isn't very good either!!

Excellent service! Gary has been really helpful! We purchased our first car from here! It's been a month now and he is still available on phone anytime for any little work to be done on the car! Great place to purchase a used car, highly recommended!

Shocking after sales support.Refusing to fix a car that’s covered under statutory warranty by law.Never reply to phone calls and messages.Can’t wait to finally see them in court.Have given them multiple chances to rectify the situation.Do not trust the safety check done on the vehicles as the Mechanic Phil works for the yard and is a bad as they get. Couldn’t fix a oil leak when he had the car for a week.

These guys are experienced, savvy, organized, sincere, and accommodating. My partner will buy a car in the new year from them. I purchased an XR6 and a number of issues I raised later in good faith were speedily attended to. If you are sensible and reasonable this yard will look after you. They just don’t tolerate idiots well.

this is a minus 1 score. Well thought Wayne and Arthur Dodgy were dead, but not here. Took a car for a test drive, after 15 mins get call to bring car back as they only had 1 trade plate and had another customer wanting to test drive a car. On our return after 30 mins to the yard again mentioned of waiting for trade plate. Then after pointing out some small things to be fixed and they agreed and confirmed our offer would be subject to a full RAA inspection. Did not go down well and said the car will be still for sale and would be sold before the inspection. Did not want to negotiate and mentioned that there was nothing wrong with the car. On walking out without submitting an offer, were chased out wanting to sell. Went up the road and spent an extra $4000 on another car with a professional person and very helpful. Thanks for that, thank Christ they had substandard attitude. Don’t buy the Commodore Omega Sedan at $7999. If you are not willing to back up your vehicles to an inspection, shut your doors. We were happy to pay the price, that’s what’s funny.

Sells disgraceful cars. Cover up what ever is wrong with it. Brought a car, pick it up 2 days later and notice on the drive home 2 identical chips in the front window. Rush you in to sign the paper work. As soon as they have the money they become arrogant and rude. Also said we would get 2 year warranty with the car and got nothing. Will tell you what you want to hear just to sell you a car.

Bad customer service. Don't reply to messages or phone calls. Also don't purchase their insurance.

My husband and I brought eight Ford Territory from these guys in 21 ever since then we have constantly had problems after problems they got engine mounts, replaced and gearbox, mounts replaced. He did not put it through insurance as it was meant to that was in 2022. I took car into mechanic today and they have told me that the engine mounts and gearbox mount a secondhand, so youse have put dodgy. Engine mounts on my car use should be shut down and closed from the consumers. Use rip people off with your dodgy cars and I’m going to take this further. Thanks

This is the worst car yard i have ever came across. . The owner is really rude and wants to make u think he knows what he is talking about but this is wrong... they sell lemons as cars. They tell u that they have fixed the car and serviced it but put old spark plugs in with used oil.. and leads that have put back in are well used an Faulty. . Then they said that's the way the car was when u bought the car so its not in the warranty. . We went back after 2 weeks of buying the car as the motor blew up an had put 2 pistons through the block. They then told me that i had to pay for a new motor an it was my fault. Will never recommend this car yard to any one.. never again.. they need to be shut down.. dodgy. .

After reading some of these reviews I was a bit worried I brought a car from these guys. I have had my car for 3 weeks now took it to my own trusted mechanic and spent $1000 on it. My choice to do that for peace of mind as I travel a lot of country kilometers. Well my Mechanic gave my cheep car the seal of approval. Seriously if you want a 20 thousand dollar car well spend that money. Im happy with my under 5 thousand dollar car from these guys. I bought it knowingly that the timming belt was due to be done but apart from that I got a car that was detailed to absolute perfection good tyes and fully serviced. I love my Subaru......some people really shouldn't put reviews on these sites I looked for a car for weeks and these guys had the best cars in their car yard good value for your $$$$$. Were they pushing their cars of cause they were everyone needs to earn a living. Thanks for your service guys.
