We engaged WeTrain to run their Exceptional Customer Service Training. They certainly practice what they preach and the entire process was simply and fast.Judeth was an amazing trainer who delivered the content in an exciting and interesting manner. She engaged with all our staff and made the entire session enjoyable, but very rewarding as the content was interesting and relevant. We all were able to take away good information and points as to where we could improve from good customer service, to exceptional customer service.

Troy at WeTrain held two sessions for our sales team, he even gave up half of his Saturday for us.I've attended many a training course/offsite and Troy is one of the best Trainer's i've experienced.
