Sarina Russo Job Access

This place is OK they used to be pretty slack. Now they're not so bad. Been with them for a while but they helped me do a certain amount of driving hours for free and I got a free short course out of them. They are putting more effort into finding the jobs that interest you. They've done alright so far but they could do better. 3 stars.

These ladies are the best!!!I was sick and tired of Tursa doing nothing after 2 years, I went in and saw the ladies at Helensvale sarina Russo, and in 2 months, I'm now accredited forklift operator, and working full time 40+ hour weeks!!!!! Highly recommended!! You truly want a job and get skills, come see Kat, tracie, and the ladies at Russo Helensvale!!!!

Saddly after many years of staff helping to find a job . I found all the jobs myself without the help of Sarrinarusso. I supplied payslips and recieved a small amount reimbursement for fuel. After many times being told they can help with uniforms and fuel to get to my job. Im sure they claimed credit for finding my last job. Current im in full time work , reporting my wages . Had an appointment on 3rd May and no call on that day. I won't ever go back to them to find a job in the future. They don't respond to emails and phones calls, i have reminded them over past three 5 months about the all the receipts for claims for Uniforms and fuel expenses and still no reply. Disappointing

Out of all the job networks i have been sent too Sarina Russo has by far been the most help. Kat my worker is constantly looking at places for me to apply and encourages me to take on programs that expand my skills that in turn expand the the range of employment opportunity.

The staff at Sarina Russo at Helensvale are amazing! They really pulled out all the stops for me and now I have my dream job, community nursing for Wesley Mission. A great big thank you from me to you! And an extra thank you to Traci. Love Jade Murphy Xxxx

I don't recommend this agency I was with them for around 10 months and regretted it. Every-time I would arrive there on time but have to wait a at least half an hour even if I was the only one waiting. On may occasions I would need to wait over an hour, one time I waited one and a half hours and told my case worker I was going to go home but then she wasn't happy with it and made it as if my time doesn't matter because I don't have a job or any interviews that day. I always felt that I was being insulted because I don't have a job at my age and I also felt that my time was unimportant to them. The only reason I gave them a star is because they paid for my driving lessons which was helpfully and I am a grateful person.

Sarina Russo extremely helpful i had a great experience with Tracie helped me get work ready was very positive and helped me in many ways to employment. Claire also helped me get into a employment with understanding what i wanted in full time employment. Thanks Sarina Russo appreciate all your time and effort.

After I finished my Christmas casual contract, I was absolutely devastated. I had no work ....I went back to those guys ( Serinarosso) and applied for many many jobs again.One month later, I got my new job!It has a much better Environment, beautiful place and I felt like it was a major upgrade.Tracy, Kat and Linda were so supportive, and they were always there for me. I am so grateful for them and I will never forgot their kindness and the way they encouraged me.
