Reliance workforce go above and beyond to get you employed. I joined with them 3 months ago and they have now guided me into a permanent full-time warehousing role. I applied for the role as a pick packer here on the 28th of October 2022. I attended the interview & induction/tour. Didn't hear anything back for awhile. I got an email on the 6th of Dec saying if I'm still interested they have high volumes of roles. I rang back wanting work which they said I wasn't chosen. Now today I get another email which was addressed to me (giving falsehope) to which they asking to come for interview & work starting tommorow. If they really wanted people they could have hired me. At least give a reason as to why they didn't want me. I also notice they continually advertise on seek.

Reliance is an awesome agency to work for. Never had issues with Payroll, and Kristen is easy to communicate with. They were also able to help me gain permanent employment through one of their clients definitely recommend for anyone looking for an honest and reliable agency who work with you.

Loved my experience with Kristen and the girls there. Best labour hire company I was ever contracted by, I was late to my first interview with them due to issues outside my control. Rather than disregard me as another number they listened to my situation and rescheduled. No other labour hire company would do that. Only due to an pre existing injury I wasn’t able to continue with them, they put you with great clients who actually care about their workers got a lot of shifts and hours from them with a good pay rate which really helps with the bills. Couldn’t speak more highly of Kristen and the girls again, if there’s an issue she’s always available to chat. Very happy with my experienceMichael
