Not only did they fit me in for a last minute booking but my nails are absolutely perfect. The customer service was amazing and all the staff were so friendly.It’s so hard to find a good nail salon and I am so happy to have found Beautyfly. I will definitely be making this my go to!

Amazing salon, disability friendly! decided to give them go as I was in the area. I currently use a walking stick (im a young person so this can be quite odd to some) and the staff were so accommodating. They helped me to my chair, put my bags and mobility aid near the counter so I had plenty of comfortable space while getting my nails done. When my appointment was finished they brought my aids back to me and helped me out the door. This was an amazing experience. The nail tech did an amazing job! I got a gel manicure, they were gentle and incredibly sweet. I would highly recommend this salon.

First time here after going to another Werribee salon since high school and could not recommend them enough! The staff are just the most beautiful and sweetest people ever and they do exceptional work. The lady who did my nails was so precise and perfect about the way she did them and even cut my cuticles which I’ve never had done before. This is the best my nails have ever looked. Definitely going to be my new go to place :)

I was recommended to go here after having terrible experiences at the werribee plaza nail salons. The service was amazing, the owner was very lovely to speak to on the phone and the girls were lovely. The environment was very relaxing. It's nice to see the girls not stressed out and working at their own pace. My nails turned out beautifully! All together it was a lovely experience, I would recommend and I will definitely be back!

The staff were lovely. This was my first time here & I decided to take my daughter in with me today she's only 5 and they accommodated her beautifully they squeezed her in for a quick polish too and it made her day ❤️ The price was great! And the lollypop at the end for my daughter a very sweet touch. Thanks jimmy and ladies we will be back very soon!

My first time using this nail salon, Tracey was so lovely and welcoming, she removed my ugly acrylic nails and replaced them with SNS, they look amazing and so natural. I am so very happy and will definitely be going back. Thank you Tracey!

Done my nails for the first time there before Christmas. The salon was very busy but the girls were smiling and took their time with the clients. My nails have not broken down in 2 weeks, which is a record for me and they look beautiful.I'm definitely going back, they are great!!!
