Tweed Coast Glass

We contracted TCG to supply and fit windows and doors including bifolds, double hung , sliding and exterior doors. The product quality was faultless, unloading was completed by a careful crew and installation maintained the high spec of the building we require. The windows and doors came on schedule and site visits were conducted by pros to ensure no mistakes. Very happy with the result.

High winds caused our Large front glass door to shatter the other day. Tweed coast were there first thing Monday morning to measure & order & came back the same day to install. The boys were so nice & did a great job. Thanks guys for being so prompt & efficient. The boys also made our odd shaped windows to go into our shop renovation. They look awesome. Thanks again. :)

I have to tell people what a great company Tweed Coast Glass is. They removed the oldest windows for me, like 80 year old windows with ugly black screens and scratched horrible old glass and they replaced them with wonderful new windows with beautiful white diamond look screens and locks on each window. Andre came back to my house the next day and made sure he finished everything off properly. I was so happy with what they did as my home now looks like new. Well done!!! Judi Taylor

We had Tweed Coast Glass install invisiguard screens, louvres and also replace and service existing glass doors at our home. It was quite a large job and they gave us a competitive quote. Most importantly, I had faith in Steven to do a good job, as he knew what he was talking about and clearly had experience. He was also recommended by someone we spoke to from another company. We have given five stars even though a couple of bits needed to be looked at post install. This is because this was a complex job and the company was supportive all the way through. Most impressive for us, is that this business goes out of its way to follow up swiftly and with a minimum of fuss and Steven is very adept at problem solving anything. Gail in the office is also great to deal with. She gets right on to anything. Thanks Tweed Coast Glass and Aluminium for giving us a quality installation and providing excellent customer support.

Delayed installation...wrong glass installed and never discussed. Although some windows were replaced..a shattered double glazed glass door due to an employee incorrect positioning of a screw which they refuse to replace...currently have a fair trading complaint in about them...however they bragged that the last 3 Fair Trading complaints went no where..so I'm obviously not the only one..staff standover tactics applied to customers instead of solving the issues...a business with a number of serious problems....product is good if you can get past all that...good luck...

Every step from measure and quote to install was easy and contact was made regularly to keep me updated on what stage my order was at. The final product looked amazing and the install team were professional and clean.Could not recommend Tweed Coast Glass enough.

I highly recommend Tweed coast glass for their quality products and service!!I got 3 quotes for my extension at home - TCG was very informative and responsive throughout the quoting process where other companies were not.TCG - pricing was reasonable and I've never got an issue paying for quality products and services!delivery coordination was a breeze with lots of communication from TCG.I had a small alignment issue with my stacker door which I contacted the team and they sent out their technicians very quickly to rectify - So no issue at all!!These guys stand by their products and services and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
