Express Lube

Amazing service! Gave them a call about an issue with my car that was on and off and had me booked in the next possible day to find out what was going on, Tim went thoroughly to find out what was going on and found out my brake pads were worn out and replaced it straight away.

Funny the whole “no booking no worries” slogan is absolute rubbish, tried at both Tuggerah and long jetty to put my car in for a service and rego only to get told in a sarcastic manner if you don’t have a booking we can’t do it! Then wait and book it in for the following week to get a phone call to say we can’t do the service only rego because we are understaffed! What a joke won’t be back

I've come here a few times to get repairs and service done and it's been very good, I love that it's same day and fairly priced. Staff are helpful and friendly. Only lost a couple of stars because last time I put my car in, it came back with a small dent on the door.

Don't go here, unless you Make sure you confirm everything in writing. First time I used them: the price doubled when I went to collect the car. This time (2 years later) they tried the same thing: I was getting into the loan car and said so the price is $230?". Then the guy said "well I'll have to add it all up and work it out properly". I said "let's do that" went back to the office

The absolute bunch of legends at Express Lube Tuggerah helped us out today in the midst of Christmas and New Year chaos! They were able to immediately repair our car and get us back on the road within the hour! I couldn't recommend the team more highly! Always helpful willing to go above and beyond , completed job in timely manner , explained any faults and upcoming concerns ie Tyers need replacing. Will use again and certainly recommend.

I pulled into Express Lube yesterday after my car had an issue and had no appointment booked. They took the car in and today it was fixed and the price was so good. The whole team were professional and I will definitely take my car there from now on.

Was there for a rego check and it went flawless. Overseeing inspector was nice enough to inform me I had a very minor leak of my radiator.Very happy

my inner guard came off and started scraping along the road as i was driving down tuggerah straight, pulled straight into express lube and Ty had it fixed within 5 minutes of pulling in! was super lovely and professional, also gave me a few pointers on my tyres and a couple other things i need to be aware of! could not recommend Ty enough, very lovely and had heaps of energy and enthusiasm even though it was quite late in the work day :))

Scam artists. Didn’t even take my car for a service (not that I ever would) but needed a pink slip done - and they still attempted to scam more money out of me. Claimed the wipers needed replacing (they were fine), said the rocker cover gasket was leaking (it wasn’t) and that one of my lights had blown (my partner drove behind me the whole way to the mechanic and didn’t notice anything, hmm strange). Unluckily for them we replaced everything ourselves (only because we had to, to get the pink slip - hence their attempt to get more money out of you). Even when we did take it back they claimed we needed to essentially clean the engine free of oil (not that there was any) and they were going to charge $50 just for that! I gave them my feedback previously but to no surprise they didn’t have the guts to reply. Wouldn’t recommend them even if a person was desperate. It’s embarrassing that other reviews reflect the same scam.And before the owner tries to comment “I don’t see any recent visits at any of our locations” - I attended Tuggerah some time ago and can choose to post my review whenever :)
