The Service was excellent. The attendant even went to all efforts to show us the difference between products. And we also were shown how to load the wiper sniper cord on the product. we even got discount. We are very Happy clients and would recommend to all friends and family. or strangers as well.

I'm very happy with the service of the guys at the Browns Plains store today, working Saturday also and being able to get something done that I really needed to do meant a lot to me. Really good people there, I'm never going to bunnings again for the proper no bs stuff that we need, thank you, Steve.

The guy working today (Sunday 29 Jan) worst customer service, had the serial number and size of mower blades but he comes out with a huge blade, (obviously not even close) doesnt look it up in the system and can't do custom orders and doesn't help with suggestions of other places, stares blankly throughout the conversation like he has no idea about mower blades. Either needs to be trained more or at least needs someone else to be there that can help customersThanks

Went to buy a new rover mower, service was not good staff seem to be more interested in talking to each other than they do paying customers. No complaints about the mower or the price, just don't expect good welcoming service.

The most miserable, unhelpful staff I've encountered. Been there several times to purchase a mower. On one occasion I couldn't get anyone to serve me,the next time a sales rep begrudgingly showed me a couple of models and this last time I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted so went in and took it off the shelf to the register. You would think I had asked the salesman to donate a kidney to me instead of just sell me a mower. Do not recommend this shop at all, only gave 1star as there isn't a zero rating

Went in today to buy a bagger for my Rover zero turn. They had it on the shelf. Very easy to deal with and would buy there again. Bagger has made my day.
