Had Martin out for a quote and he wasn't even up in our roof space for 10mins. His customer service lacked professionalism as he took just over a week to get back to me with a quote only after I had contacted him first. He didn't give me a quote and instead this was his response.To be honest

I would like to say thank you for not providing me the service I requested as I found someone else with more professionalism and better value.Considering I was running a little late by 5 min, you inspected my roof and within 10 min you left. So as I was driving into my driveway, you were driving out. Well, you did not stop to get out of your van to have a discussion about prices and what could be done. Two days later, I received an email detailing, you were not going to do the work due to air-conditioning ducting being in the way. Well, someone's did find a solution though.Your people skills and professionalism needs some work. It is not my fault, I hear you have a bad reputation.
