Has all the basics, very comfy bed and plenty of bench space to put all your gear on. Internet works well and nice big windows looking out to the paddock. Doesn't look like much from the outside but caters for your needs, approx 7kms from the heart of Torquay.

My friend and I just wanted somewhere clean and comfortable for an overnight stay and got a good deal on Expedia for this place. It ain't flash but it was clean and comfortable and the lady at reception was very nice.

A very clean & tidy room. Our view from the room was beautiful. Peaceful & tranquil our host was very informative about local hotspots. Will most definitely return here

A clean, tidy, basic motel with 6 rooms (external entrances), and lovely views looking down to parkland (and ducks). Very quiet location in Bellbrae off the major roads. Short drive to Jan Juc and Torquay (about 6km).

Pro: Lovely lady staff. Surprisingly good view, bed was comfortable.Con: Wifi was available, however it was so slow that our phone was faster. Very low mobile reception. Dripping water ran the whole night. Pricey for the stay: $215 per night (Saturday)

A really nice place. Room is very clean and owner is friendly. Nice view of a garden from our room. Lent us an umbrella when it was raining heavily. When we accidentally broke the umbrella during a heavy storm, she didn't want us to pay her back. Highly recommended place to stay!

Very cosy, peaceful spot near Torquay. The beds are very comfy, the split system is newer and the heater worked perfectly on cold winter’s night. The shower had great water pressure and hot water and the lady at reception was lovely. We will definitely stay here again. It is basic accommodation but has everything you need for a comfortable stay - including fast free wi-fi! It may look rustic but we loved it - lots of charm and history here along with a beautiful view from the window.

Comfy bed, nicely made, lovely staff, good spot to park (no room for trailers), plenty of room for bags. We booked last minute, lucky last for the night. Few things left from previous guests tho, like hair tie in shower & a smart watch. Decor could be freshened up & a bit of extra attention to cleaning corners etc about the place. Fridge was clean & so glad there were no leaks with the big storm that came thru. Wonderful lush gardens to look out to in the morning.
