I was after a little-used product they didn't usually stock, but they put an order in (on computer, so never a lost order), and I had it in a week. Being a Crowie Clubber, I'm also 10% to the good. Have previously found their colour-matching to be more accurate than some of the others.

This store need to pay attention, I buy paint in bulk, I got wrong tint in some of the drums, customer service is zero they don’t apologise, delivery service is very poor.
