Cannot rate LJM highly enough. Joe and the team were so fabulous to deal with. They built our tiny house while we were interstate so communication was critical and Joe and Vicki in particular excelled at this. The whole build experience was seamless and we are so happy with the quality of the build, the attention to detail is second to none. Exceptionally good value for a very high end product. Joe was with us every step of the way, including delivery and was very helpful and supportive when we were dealing with some challenges with our site. I would definitely recommend LJM! From the moment my call was answered by Joe Arnesan of LJM Tiny Homes I really felt our decision to go Tiny was in safe hands.We were fortunate to be offered the choice of purchasing the Mt Tinbeerwah display model that the team had just begun building or continue the conversation of a custom build of the Mt Tinbeerwah that we had our minds set on. We chose to follow the journey of the display plan.We were kept completely informed and shown regular updated pictures as stages were finalised. No sudden call of an idea was ever discounted without a thorough discussion. Absolutely nothing was too much of a problem. LJM is based at Marcoola, Qld and we are based in North West NSW. Distance and on site participation was not required for the most amazing outcome.We are in awe of Joe and the whole wonderful team's ability to run this business to the upmost standard of excellence.Utter brilliance and top-notch comfort in a Tiny Home On Wheels. The team at LJM believe in service with a capital 'S' and it shows. Great companies have great people from the top down and LJM is an excellent example of how a customer focussed company truly should be. The attitude is beyond 'can do'. It's more 'Let's make it HAPPEN!. Our Tiny was fully custom from the trampoline-style reading loft to the drop down trailer (ask Joe - I think he still has nightmares about it!) and nothing was too much. Everything was met with calm and interest in what we wanted.The experience was how building or creating anything should be. We had fun doing it and loved the experience.We would do it again and we would use LJM exclusively.I recommend them highly and would be happy to do so in person any time. We love our LJM Tiny. Cannot rate my whole experience with these guys highly enough. From my initial phone call with Joe to the carefully strategised delivery day. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience in building such a beautiful home for my little one, my dog and myself. It’s been over a month since we moved in and it’s just getting better and better. We love our tiny home soo much! You will not regret building your dream tiny with the guys at LJM.

The team lead by Joe at LJM have been nothing but accomodating, professional and punctual. We actually had to have our delivery date changed due to land issues and they were completely understanding of our situation and worked hard and fast to help us out by moving the tiny home into storage until new delivery date. All decisions we need to make we communicated well in simple layman terms. Joe himself is a very patient person to deal with. So happy we built our tiny with this company.

My lovely tinyhome arrived on time last week and a long way from Qland to Port Lincoln in SA. It’s now on site and ready for the final touches of decking, plumbing etc.I’m very impressed with Joe, Vicki, Yannik in their communication, as we tweaked things around the original Seal Rocks design.I was also very happy with the transportation over quite a distance, by Martin as well.All very professional & I’d have no hesitation in recommending Ljmcarpentry
