I purchased a large number of organic itemsFrom this store and came home to find that almost half of the items I purchased were expired. I can understand if one item was accidentally overlooked but to have several items in one shopping cart is complete negligence. Also organic products are quite expensive! I sent an email to address this issue in April and nobody ever responded. Very disappointed.

This one of the best IGA shop in sydney.There are more than 10 check out counter and the place is very big. There are lots of flower are for sell infront of the entry door. Personally I love this.The vegetables and fruits section is very well organised and eveeything is fresh. There is deli a section which is very good.The aisles are big enough and customer has to walk extra to find their products.Moreover you will get everything here. Chess, dairy products, chips, biscuit,egg, home materials,toilet msterials, kitchen materials, skin products and many more.Price is between cheap and moderate. The place is very clean. Stuffs are very friendly and helpful. Lots of trolls are available in this store. The exit door is just near the checkout.Its amazing. ☺

I've been shopping here for 5 years and live locally.Upon checkout a sweet corn and a pack of chicken necks today, the staff argued that sweet corn was $1.99 and didn't offer to check the price so I paid for the items and walked back in the store to check the price myself.Corns are $1.59 today as per picture.No apology was given by the same staff when I showed the correct price. No offer to refund the price difference either.The service I received recently in this store has been continuously declining. Please do something about it.

Best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Angelica, the deli manager, looked after the catering for my movie production with excellent care. She has always been professional, understanding, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, always on top of everything. Their salad catering trays fed my film crew for almost 5 months. And people couldn't be happier about it. The food is fresh, delicious, with an excellent nutritional balance and a great variety of choices. Their menu may change but, if it's still there, you have to try the kale and edamame salad. I am now addicted to it. Thank you so much Angelica, and thank you to your team, for your amazing work and support. We couldn't have done this without you.

After i paid for my sushi by card, staff shouts out to me to come back to register, as she wasn't sure payment went through (their eftpos was having problems). Another staff (old lady with glasses) askes me to pull up my internet banking and show her my payment? which i did and it had gone through. But she was so rude and made it out like i was trying to steal! Also isn't it a breech of privacy to ask someone to show you their bank account????Please handle the situation better. Sadly i wont be coming back

Manager Glenn was rude, unprofessional and aggressive. Little wonder why some staff were miserable and unhelpful, seems like it would be a toxic workplace.

Great deli and food, makes all the other supermarkets look bad. Foodies paradise.

A regular weekly customer for over ten years. Bought some snow peas Friday. Took out of bag today—reeked of chemicals. Smelled like bug spray. Soaked in water and salt-helped a bit but chemical taste permeates veg. Had to bin it. Please be more careful with your produce suppliers—unhealthy and unacceptable.

This is one next-level supermarket -- it has an entire cheese room, a well-stocked Asian grocery sub-section, and a deli out of my European wife's wildest dreams. Plus the staff are friendly and helpful! Top marks for this wonderful place to shop.
