In terms of sales and the very best customer service, look no further than Betta Electrical in Townsville. If you need split systems, and in Townsville that is not only a given but something of regular occurrence, then go see Clinton at Betta Electrical. This is some old school customer satisfaction and informative and helpful salesmanship right here. No emphasis on the sale but on the customer here.

from the moment I entered the store I felt I was interupting the staff member & he would rather be doing something else. He was friendly but distracted, not the usual Garry Thyer staff experience. He told me the product I wanted was out of stock & was I happy to take the Display model (No discount offered nor asked for) when I said yes he proceeded to grab the appliance off the shelf and carelessly stuff it back into the packing that wouldn't fit so he removed it and put it in the box with a bit of packing. then carelessly proceeded to put it down. I grabbed the Multi Oven & paid for it & went. At no stage did I feel that I was a customer, I felt like I was ruining the day. Worst service I have had at Garry Thyer. PS I am still waiting on the bottle of Red Wine from a purchase around 4 years ago.

Great service, originally went in for a washing machine only to find out not in stock and the sale price had ended. The helpful lady showed me many other options and pointed out some unique features. Up saled and purchased one in which she discounted to be similar to the first option, great help. Will shop there again.

Ben is fantastic at Betta Electrical in Townsville. He's a lovely salesman and is extremely helpful. This is the second time I have purchased electronics with Ben and definitely has been a great experience. No waiting around for someone to help you etc like certain other places. There is a good range of whitegoods, lounge suites, tvs etc. Definitely support Betta rather than the others if possible. This company looks after their workers etc. Money well spent.

I find myself doing my big appliance shopping here. The time taken to explain the product really is appreciative. Fantastic customer service each time I have shopped here over the years and the difference in their service from start to finish is above and beyond. Price matching so you don’t have to do the back and forth for a great price, however in saying that I have generally found their prices to be the lowest in town.
