I called Scott from.SWAG to help me out with an urgent issue. Scott was clear and very helpful on the phone and agreed to come over and fix the issue. Scott took a moment out of his day to come over and assess the issue before his scheduled arrival time to ensure he could advise me what my options and cost would likely be. Scott then came back when he said he would and performed the repair quickly and efficiently to the agreed cost. Scott's work is always top quality and his manner and work is very professional. I have had Scott from SWAG Plumbing come to my rescue many times over the past few years. Whether its a burst water pipe or a small issue with a tap he is always contactable and very helpful. He will come and check out the problem then go and source any replacement items for me.Most times when Ive needed help he can come the same day. But if for any reason he cant come that day he is up front about it and keeps in touch as to his arrival time.Scott is very professional and friendly and I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs big or small.

Scott was great from the get-go to deal to deal with. He came as a recommendation and did not disappoint.We contacted Scott due to a foul smell when running our shower over the past few days. He was upfront with costings and possible work that may need to get done.Scott was on time and isolated the issue quickly. He provided us with a reasonable quote and we went ahead. He was able to get the job done straight away which was installing a line and a vent. He also fixed a few other things that he noticed like the outdoor tap leaking and no cover on the outside sewer point.Scott was professional, polite to deal with, respectful of our house (dog and 7m old baby) and overall a pleasure doing business with him. Scott installed four 1000 litre poly water tanks for me recently. He worked with me to find the best solution for my desire to harvest rainwater. He installed an excellent pump for the tanks, which is even better than the pump on my main water supply. Scott worked tirelessly and completed an outstanding job for a reasonable price. Scott is very good communicator, and takes the time to explain things patiently, in an easy to understand manner. I would highly recommend Scott for any of your plumbing needs.

Just moved in to a new area. I was recommended by the locals to contact Scott of SWAG. I am so pleased that we received such a fast and great service by him and his team.
