It’s says convenience storeWhenever I go there for toilets, 1 simple stupid excuse that customer took keys and didn’t bring. Are those managers blind, what happened to second and third keys. Worst experience

Friendly staff, but car wash is terrible. Waited for 45mins in the queue for the code to not work.Had to go back to the cashier and get the code reissued, and rejoin the queue for another 20mins.More than an hour wait in the car for a car wash!

Just visited this place and checked the time it’s was still 13 mins to 12am on the 12 of September I spend at least $400 plus a week at this location however tonight have come and told sorry mate we are closed I have been left on 1/8 of my fuel tank because I always come to this location, never again will I be just filled up at the next servo but BP which provided great and friendly services thanks BP

Cash wash is constantly broken every time I go to wash my car, poor customer service the girl had no idear what she was doing

The most expensive Coles/Shell station in the west, plus they will rip you off any chance they get on other products and services. Complaints are useless because the branch manager completely ignore people from the head office. The Indian girl thinks she is still working in India. Friendly reminder to avoid this place.
