* Service *All I can say, is that the Bora APAC Team are amazing. They have bent over backwards for us in dealing with some of the problems (not of their own doing) that have arisen over the time our home was being built. They even couriered a whole system for us without cost to us. I've not seen service like this for a long time!* Product *The product is second to none. For a clean, modern kitchen, that is required to push boundaries, Bora is the only choice. You simply cannot design a modern living area being forced to have one's cooktops against a wall - unless that is what is desired - to accommodate outdated, impotent and restrictive alternative technologies.

The Bora induction cooktop, tepan steel grill and cooktop extractor combination which we bought in 2018 are just excellent. But what's even better is Bora's customer service. A month ago, we had a technical fault in the extractor - it happens with complex machinery. Despite being just out of warranty, the local Bora team simply organised for it to be fixed. The faulty part was replaced, the equipment serviced and we have it functioning again perfectly. All done with speed and with no fuss. Simply excellent service.

Very happy with our cooktop, no smells at all after cooking. Great you don't need a range hood. If you need to replace the filter, recommend ordering directly from Bora.
