Love it here. Anna and the other ladies really look after you. Easily put, I consider them a second family.The apartments are lovely, clean and comfortable. Very spacious, well looked after, an absolute joy to come back to.Based in the city, you have access to many restaurants, which aren't far to walk to, the Esplanade is also a short walk away.Basically, if you want a comfy place to stay, this is it.Thank you for always looking after me Anna :)

Stayed in a three bedroom with family, apart from a broken oven that couldn’t be fixed the place is great! Eclectic mix of decor, no real view to speak of (but leave and go have fun, everything was a 10min walk), pool was fun for kids to mess around in. Bed in master bedroom was a bit broken and there were remnants of the previous 18th birthday party guests but hey, at least they had fun

There was nothing I didn't like about this place. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, everything was perfect. Anna is amazing and very accommodating. She switched rooms for us no problems at all. The apartments are in a perfect location across the road from Cairns Central Shopping Centre and close to pubs, restaurants and attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and we'll definitely be back

What a gem of a place! The manager was lovely and the unit was large and comfortable, very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a stay in cairns. And the shopping centre is just over the road and you are within walking distance to everywhere.

Lovely clean 3.bedroom spacious apartment. Anna was very accommodating. Easy access to shops and other tourist attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Very happy with our stayAnna was very helpful and upgraded us to a 3 bedroom apartment. Very spacious and very clean.I would have given 5 star but the exhaust fans in the bathrooms didn't work and we would've liked some cling wrap in the kitchen. A BBQ on the balcony would've been handy as the one by the pool was missing. We still enjoyed our stay

We arrived in Cairns to discover that Wotif had not sent out reservation to the property (which was paid in full). Anna could not have been more helpful, spending hours on the phone on a Sunday night trying to find us somewhere to stay (peak season). I would absolutely recommend people stay with Anna, the property was exactly what we needed, great price and convenient location. When I next visit Cairns, my family will be staying with Anna, booking with her direct thought, not through Wotif ever again! Thank you for salvaging our holiday Anna :-)

Our large group of 37 from Sydney had a wonderful one week stay at CCA early this month. All 7 apartments we occupied were so clean and comfortable. The location is very good, only a short walk to Cairn CBD. And above all, Anna was a real pro, guiding us smoothly thru the process from booking until actually staying there. We highly recommend to everyone and will definitely come back next time.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was absolutely beautiful, the location was perfect it was close to everything and the customer service from staff was absolutely outstanding. will 100% recommend it to family and friends … had a lovely stay and very satisfied ☺️☺️
