Manly Spirits Co. Distillery (Cellar Door/Distillery Tasting Bar/Gin School)

Really enjoyed my gin making experience with Gabe yesterday. Walked away with a great gin and a really fun, informative afternoon. Would recommend to any gin afficionados out there.

Great local distillery using Australian botanicals to make gin and whiskey. Also make a fabulous Limoncello.

Who would of guess some of the best whisky I was to try would come out of Manly. These guys are the whisky gurus, I know they specialize in gin but you if you enjoy whisky you need to come do a tasting here. you will learn something new and taste something great. They also paired the whisky with food which I think is genius. Will be coming back !

A few of us came to the venue yesterday and were charged $2 dollars more for the cocktails we ordered. When realising what had occurred and raising it with the staff where we showed the menu and explained that we had been charged incorrectly, we were met with a nonplussed attitude and comments that the menu prices has been raised recently and that was the price but every menu in the venue displayed the cocktails as $2 cheaper. I found the overall attitude and professionalism of the staff to be extremely poor and instead of staying and having another drink we were so put off we just left which is a shame as it is a decent enough venue, albeit lacking a vibe. It is completely illegal to charge people something that is different to what has been advertised and yet the venue literally couldn’t care less and didn’t even bother to offer a refund. Very unprofessional and a bit shady behaviour.

Great afternoon spent with the family visiting from interstate. So special to have our dogs join us. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the Gins.I loved the tasting flights…need to go back to try them all!So much fun. Thank you

Recently visited this unique establishment that specializes in personalized gin-making experiences.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process of creating my own signature gin flavor. I was impressed by the variety of ingredients and flavors available, and the end result was a delicious and truly one-of-a-kind gin.I also had the opportunity to taste several different gins during the session, which further enhanced my appreciation for this versatile spirit.I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a fun and educational experience in the world of gin

We had the most amazing time on our Gin Tour, Gabriel was very knowledgeable and tasting the various Gins and learning more about the process was fascinating. Jono was sensational and made booking the class super easy. Highly recommend doing a class with these guys, you won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back and do the other classes.

Had a great evening. Gins were, of course! Great. The staff super friendly and attentive. Best of all, they looked after the GF side of things perfectly. Don't be misled by its lack on the menu, just ask. They provided a full and equivalent alternative. Well done guys!

I'm a big fan of Manly Spirits, they have excellent products, and visiting their cellar door was a brilliant experience! The cocktails were absolutely divine.I recently went to their Gin School ($190pp) where you make your own bottle of 700ml gin. It was an incredible experience, lots of fun and the distiller Jackson was very knowledgeable and charismatic.The bar is incredible, the experiences are incredible I really couldn't recommend Manly Spirits enough.

We had a fantastic afternoon at the Manly Spirits Distillery. Neither of us being real gin aficionados we arrived with some degree of trepidation. No need for any such worries, we sampled from the menu of cocktails and had a great time. Chris and the other staff were great, nothing was too much trouble for them and their cocktail making skills are top notch. Great ambience, great staff, great location, fantastic product range of gin and other spirits. We’re definitely gonna return! Would not hesitate to recommend Manly Spirits for a relaxed afternoon tipple!
