Kamini and Selena from fitting rooms went above and beyond to get me 2 jackets in my size from another store. Kamini even went that step further to collect them from that store and bring them to northlakes. Incredible service that definitely deserves to be recognised. And all the best to the lovely lady that was in fitting rooms that works there not far off from having her baby it was so lovely chatting to all 3 of you really made my day. Thanks again.

i was here with a friend and an altercation happened. staff stood back and just watched and refused to help when asked for it. they were inconsiderate and then would not listen when i asked nicely for them not to involve emergeny services. The fat manager was rude and so we’re all the staff. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

The introduction of a non-refundable layby fee of $15 per layby is a disgusting decision made by BigW.While the North Lakes store itself is clean, well organised and the staff are very warm and friendly, the layby fee imposed by the company is nothing more than a money grab. It makes a layby unaffordable for some people as you have to pay the $15 fee and the minimum deposit to utilise the layby facility. I've seen so many staff at various BigW locations getting verbally abused because of this garbage fee.I love the North Lakes store but the layby fee means I am less inclined to want to shop there - I prefer to layby than use AfterPay.

Had such a great customer service experience today! I needed some stationary items for my prize box at school, but had difficulty locating them. The staff member on the floor was very willing to help and had a positive attitude. I wish I had asked for her name because she went above and beyond (getting some items for me from the other side of the store, checking for stock etc). The lady at the self check-out was also very lovely and helpful too. Thanks Big W North Lakes!

It was clean and staff were helpful, however it was quite hot in there. Considering they are selling winter products, it's not a comfortable place to try winter clothes on or think about cooler weather when you're sweating in the shop.

Although I have been at North Lakes Shopping Centre quite a few times, I have never actually shopped at Big W. And I guess, just associated it with Woolworth. I was therefore amazed at the kind of products they carry.Apart from the obvious, such as clothes for men, women and children, and various manchester items that you'd expect, I found they had a huge range of other items including all the technological wonders that you'd expect to see at such shops as Office Works.The young man who assisted us to find what we were looking for was extremely knowledgeable on what was in the store and helpful in finding it for us.A pleasant experience whether you're looking for something specific or want to just wonder around to see what's out there.

Placed a click and collect order - Julie rang me to advise a product wasn’t available in my size BUT had found a different sizing option for me. Julie could’ve easily refunded me but she went above and beyond here even ringing to ask if I would prefer the XL.Thank you Julie, amazing service and kindness!! 10/10
