John & Angelo are great. They are their for my every need. I lock myself outside of my apartment on a Sunday at 6:30pm. I didn’t have any keys on me but within 25 minutes these guys rescued me and set me up with a spare set in the office. Great communicators as well. Thanks guys

Great expierence. 5 stars! Michael Sunderland was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I bought my first property with him and so I was very new to process of buying a home. Michael was so nice in explaining all the steps with me and was in constant contact throughout the settlement period. He was always quick to respond to any of my questions and provided me with updates. If I ever sell or look to buy again it will definitely be with him. Thank you!

As a renter, dealing with Karalis Real Estate has been very smooth, fair and surprisingly friendly. The condition report was a genuinely fair process with Angelo fairly noting normal marks etc and adding in some very minor marks that I also noted. It has been easy to pick up the phone and ask questions. Angelo is currently going above and beyond to help me unlock the house after hours on a public holiday to save myself a locksmith call-out! I hope he accepts a 'thank you' bottle of wine when he gets here

Angelo and John are the best, they keep it professional, simple, respectful and very attentive and they keep it real. They listen and understand their tennants needs and are always flexible when it comes to issues no matter its size. If anything, alot of big name real-estate companies should take a leaflet out of Karalis’s book. Thank you Karalis for being you, 5 stars dont do you justice.

These guys have just been the best real estate to deal with. I have rented an apartment for only a year but by far my best experience with property managers. Sad to be moving to a different state and leaving. Lovely personalities and don’t intrude too much which is lovely as a renter. They are very responsive to queries.
