Recently tried Buzuka for a friends birthday. Nice place with good atmosphere.After we sat down and ordered drinks, we were advised by staff that we were accidentally sat at the wrong table, so we’re asked to move. No problems, that can happen. Staff were great and apologised, even gave us a free round of drinks.Food was great, we had the banquet, food was out fast and tasted great. Drinks were flowing and a good night was had.Service was ok, seemed a bit confused and under the pump at times, but can understand there might be a few kinks with a new restaurant and new staff. Manager was great and even offered us a discount at the end of the night.Once they get the service right I think this place will really kick off. We will be back for sure. Was a great night.

Dined in last night for a function and it exceeded my expectations! Food was so yummy, and the two girls that looked after us upstairs were lovely. Only downfall were the prices - $55pp for (very yummy!) tapas.

Great Food, Poor Service, Bad CocktailsStaff were clueless. Slopped a cocktail onto the table and we had to ask that it be cleaned up. Sent back a cocktail (Spice up your life) that tasted bland and wrong - no apology, no replacement, nothing. Disco Inferno was more like a waltz. It was like the kids serving had been flagged down off the street.Dined 7:45 Sat 11 March, outdoors.

This is the second time I’ve dined at this restaurant and the food is spectacular. However this experience has been let down by poor customer service. There was no delegated staff to just serving us which meant it took time for us to be taken care of. As it was towards the end of the night and less people were around, the staff became unprofessional and were too busy having chats to even take a drink order.As I said the food is incredible so hopefully this was just a one off.

Excellent food and surprisingly great value $55 feed me menu.Food was flavourful and tasty, though I think the korean fried chicken and massaman curry could have been a bit more spicy, although still very good for a western palette.What a great gem! This is the level of quality that you'd usually only associate with the best places in Melbourne and Sydney.

Bar staff were friendly but just after we ordered drinks the venue was closing and we were told to skull our drinks and leave. Still letting people in 5 min before closing. Closed up at 12.05 on a Friday night. Would have been a good venue otherwise.

We just went for a drink and there were heaps of options including interesting cocktails and a wine list you won't find anywhere else in Townsville. The service was a little lacking though. We sat at the bar with our first drinks empty and ended up leaving and going elsewhere as we weren't served. It felt like their focus was on customers dining rather than patrons coming for a drink.
