DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!!! They are not comfortable and definitely not worth $170!! I’ve had it for a month, trying to break them in but they are just killing my feet!When I first got them I wore it around the house, size and comfort was good. I wore it to work the next day for a 5hour shift and I couldn’t barely walk at the end of my shift. I complained about it and they wouldn’t do anything as I have already wore it! Doesn’t even deserve a star! It’s that bad!

Don’t put a physical shop store address if you don’t even have one. Drove an hour just to be told it’s online only with no empathy and spoke to rudely. Seriously just take down the address such a waste of time and will not be ordering online as well due to the inconvenience caused.

I bought the Perth shoe a few months ago and was excited to start wearing them! I wore them around the house on carpet trying to break them in before wearing them to a shift. They felt a bit rigid but thought that was normal as they weren’t broken in. Now, after 3 months of trying to wear them I still can’t seem to ‘break them in’. The actual shoe shape is too wide to sit comfortably on my foot and mid shift I always have to switch back into my heels due to blisters even with bandaids on. I have tried to preserve with them however I still cannot seem to get them to become soft comfortable shoes. I am very disappointed considering the price I paid for them and after hearing others reviews about them as well.

Excellent customer service. Purchased in May and needed to change sizes. Life got in the way and it was only in the last 2 weeks that I remembered they were in the ‘things to take to the post office’ pile. I had a response within half an hour of reaching out via the website, the returns process was hassle free and my new pair has just arrived. I may not be the target demographic (healthcare, not aviation) but very impressed by how comfortable and suitable they are for my current work needs.

Just love the light and comfortable feel of these socks, originally bought them for my hubby ,but l ordered the wrong size , l tried them on they fitted and felt so comfy l decided to keep them for myself, and have just ordered the correct size for hubby.
