5 star views on the course. However, felt that the signage was lacking. Much prefer apollo bay course.

Located on the Great Ocean Road, Peterborough Golf Club rests in one of the most beautiful corners of the world!Peterborough is a nine-hole course that can be played twice. At least! The golf course measures a friendly 4199-yards from the back tees, and 3959 from the forward tees. Par from both tees is 64. A modest $20 green fee for all-day play in the honesty box is all that is needed for simply wonderful golf.The 155-yard par 3 sixth was our favorite golf hole at PGC. The ocean on your left juts inland and creates a fjord-like inlet. The hole tees off on the south side of the inlet, and the green is on the north side, which leaves nothing between you and your target except the crashing waves of the sea. The sixth is a golf hole that needs to be played to be believed!Arriving at Peterborough couldn’t have come at a more crucial time for us. Drifting from one place to the next without a firm plan is a wonderful way to travel. In fact, it is our preferred method of travel. But only when the drifting is done on our terms.Exhausted from the anxiety of covid, Peterborough Golf Club was a refuge from the uncertainty. We set foot on a new course and allowed ourselves to be taken over by the experience.Peterborough stirred our golfing souls. It was golf in its purest, rawest form, and reminded us of Waverley Golf Club in New Zealand. Hitting across roads, over intersections, the ocean, and even over other fairways and greens, the routing at Peterborough was something similar to your kitchen junk drawer. And we mean that in the sincerest way.In fact, Peterborough was our favorite 9-hole golf course in our 2-year travels through Australia!
