I bought a Tissot 6 months ago . I just use the watch once or twice a week and the band got all damaged. When I asked for a replacement , I was told the store does not offer guarantee for that. So at the end, they sold a supposedly high quality and expensive watch but they do not guarantee you can use their products more than 6 months.

I had an unpleasant experience at this particular store. I purchased a watch for my partner in June as a gift for her birthday.There needed to have one link taken out to fit her wrist because it was too big. Once that was done we were on our way.After wearing the watch for under a week the pin closest to the watch face had come out. We took the watch back to the store and the same person who sold the watch to us served us again. She mentioned when taking the link out the pin must not of been put back in correct, so that was fixed and we were on our way again.One week later the seconds hand stopped working and it looked like the battery was on its way out. We called in regards to this and they mentioned that Myer CK in the city can send it away for an assessment to confirm what’s wrong with it as this store was closer to us. After 3 weeks we got the watch back and were on our way again.After this the same original pin came out again a short time later so we took this back to the South wharf store. This time they mentioned that pin is not the right pin as it was is was closest to the face of the watch and it would have been one of the smaller ones if it was to do with the link. The person who served us this time took a look at the link to find it was completely the incorrect size and that’s why it came out multiple times. She knew we had been into the store so many times at this stage so she got replacement pin from the store without having to send it away again. We were on our way a again praying we didn’t have to visit the store anymore.The next week after wearing the watch the battery stopped working a second time. I took the watch back again. At this point I mentioned I needed to speak to someone higher up, get the watch swapped for a different one or get a refund as I cannot keep going around in circles with this store. They mentioned they don’t do any refunds as it is a clearance store.So 3 months after purchasing my partner a watch we are still without it in working order.

Great customer service by the young guy who served us [ sorry i cant rember his name] . He was only to happy to assist with all our questions and was a pleasure to deal with. I'm involved in store operations and this is the sort of team member I would want in one of my stores.

The watch I liked did not have any discount. I go to these outlets and expect at least 10% discount

10/10 in particular Tony and the rest of the team were very helpful in helping me decide between various Tissot models. Tony’s patience and strong product knowledge is exemplary and i will be back in the near future for purchase.

5 stars for this shop and their team even without visiting them. I had an old swatch gift card which was still valid but was unable to go into the store to use. However despite this Julie , the manager at the store helped me immensely to get the photos of the watches and share them with me. She then patiently worked with me so I could pick the watch I wanted and then completed the postage. Thanks very much Julie, above and beyond customer service and help.
