We had three days to replace the flooring and otherwise makeover our apartment between tenants, so completion on time was important to us as well as quality product. Paul Lynch helped us select Penguin hybrid flooring for the living area and carpet for the bedrooms, and he organised the job for us. Hamid from Magic Flooring did a superb job of laying the hard flooring including a large amount of floor preparation, and Azar dovetailed with him perfectly to lay the carpet in a way that was hassle free for us (by the way these two had never met before but you would think they were best of friends such was the quality of their interaction). We did look at other suppliers, but based on this experience we chose well and we would happily use Carpet Court Oakleigh again.

Hiren was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. Was very patient and helpful with the advice. Definitely made my flooring and carpet selection easier. He responded promptly to my email and messages. The installation went smoothly and I am happy with the result. Thank you Hiren!

Poor customer service. Called needing assistance after top of the range carpet pulled and after never getting back to me, the owner hung up on me. Very rude and abrupt to speak with, not helpful at all. Carpet court Moorabbin fixed with no hassle even though I didn't buy through them.

We've just had our install completed by Carpet Court Chadstone and are so delighted that we went with them. From the moment we walked into the store the level of service by Hiran and Andrew was outstanding - never felt salesy and always willing to go over and above.There was a timing issue with the carpet we ordered (noone's fault - a broken production machine) and they both went out of their way to provide a solution and ensure we had an amazing alternative installed before our baby arrives.Installation by Neil was great too - on time, great attention to detail and care throughout.Definitely happy to recommend this team!

Terrible experience with laminate installation - nothing installed, we have now our apartment completely in disarray, almost inhabitable with moved furniture and the floor that should be fixed.Yesterday, the installers (Yama and his assistants) removed the carpet and told us that levelling is needed. From what I saw with their level gauge, in some places the differences in level were 3-5mm, so we agreed to do levelling.The installers brought cement compound, but made out of it very thin fluid (almost like milk) – the instructions on the bag tell that it should be 4,5l of water for the whole 20kg bag, but they used 5-10L of very hot water (a lot of steam from the bucket) and approx. 1/3 of the bag. They mixed the compound only within few seconds, it wasn't really smooth when they pour the mixture on the floor and in some places they even added some compound powder on the top of the fluid pools on the floor...This not only led to the leak through the ceiling of the apartment below (I suppose a part of the issue was that they haven't started with sealing cracks and perimeter), but also impacted the properties of the levelling: as per instructions on the bag it should be touch-dry and walkable in 2h, but even today (after more than 20h) it isn’t fully cured – some places are wet. Laminate cannot be laid on this – the levelling compound must be fully cured and totally dry first. Yama tried to insist that everything is ok and the laminate should be laid now, as otherwise he is busy and has time only today and tomorrow"

Very disappointed with the damage in my daughter’s property and refusal of the store manager Hiren to cover even a part of this damage.The Carpet Court installers damaged the floor with unprofessional levelling, damaged tiles on our balcony with cement compound, damaged laminate boards and underlay while transporting the packages, brought trims that are incompatible with the laminate to be installed, and made furniture dirty (furniture removal was done in parallel with old carpet removal). My daughters home office space was totally unusable due to delays created by the Carpet Court installers.
