Terrible service ever had. Orders were mixed up for so many times. No value for food or service at all. Customers were kicked out because they need to make more money with terrible attitude. The boss didn’t care if you want to order or what, just make money of you and kick you out.

Food was pretty okay, just realllllly overpriced but was hoping for a bit better considering … alcohol prices like normal really. Table and chairs are all on wheels and it’s quite frustrating and unsafe

First time visit to Mt Buller and the price tag to a lot of things is expensive, maybe because many of these businesses operate only operate during 3 months of the year of snowfall.Located upstairs in the Village Square Plaza Pat's Italian has a large amount of seating. Order at the counter, there's a large menu selection to choose from including pizza and pasta dishes. Also to the right of the counter is a water station to help yourself.I ordered the carbonara with bacon and creamy mushroom sauce. I chose a table and grabbed some water and was served my meal after some time.Made with macaroni, a gooey cheese mix that has melted in, lots of strip's of bacon and a lovely mushroom sauce. Tasty meal and satisfying.Second year round for another visit.I was in the mood for something a little sweet so headed to Pat's Italian to see if anything on the dessert menu. Fortunately they're fine with just ordering a dessert and I chose the waffle. Two thick waffles are presented with berries, whipped cream and ice cream. The waffles seem frozen and needed a little more cooking through but were quite good but not crispy. Despite that this is a tasty dessert to satisfy one's sweet tooth and quite filling, one could easily share this.

Great food, a little pricey but the servings were huge. Parma, pizza and risotto were awesome

price is criminal for a ‘regular’ sized takeaway coffee that actually comes in a small sized cup. $8.50! if i had known i would’ve never bought a coffee from here …. and taste is subpar at best. not worth the price.

Big portions at Pats for dinner..Even the kids size spaghetti bolognese was a generous portion. The chicken parma was jus as generously huge! Overall a satisfying meal with my personal favourite being the prawn risotto. About 100 for this meal for 2 adults and 2 kids, expected & reasonable when on mountain. Friendly staff too! Would recommend for a good hot meal.

Ridiculously expensive. Ordered a 300g Porterhouse steak $42!! medium rare, came a disappointing small piece of meat with almost medium-well cook. Mushroom sauce was ridiculous as well. I won't recommend steak from here any more. However chicken parma was alright.

Very fast service absolutely delicious pizza. Super friendly staff, A must visit!

Food blant. Pretty much all self service. Over priced, pizza was dry. Pasta completely without any seasoning. Never going back!

Food was surprisingly good and tasted fresh. service was average though. Waitress rolled her eyes when we asked for a knife and fork and table was sticky, we had to wipe it ourselves.
