This is a belated review but Agne was beyond amazing in her creations for my daughter's 4 year old frozen birthday party. She and her team were professional, extremely accommodating and offered me various options to suit different budgets. She even came at odd hours to make everything work for us and was able to fulfil all of my 'out of the box' requests. Our party was last Oct but I still remember so vividly Agnes' most excellent services. Would love to use her services again this year for my other child's birthday!

Amazing customer service and beautiful balloon garland made for my sisters hens party. I ordered just one week prior and she was very responsive on Instagram and the balloons turned out exactly like the picture I had shown! Great experience

Agnes was prompt to answer my initial online enquiries regarding a balloon arch for a bridal shower. She then followed up with a phone call as well as photos to help me make the perfect choice and listened carefully to my requests for specific colours and details. She added a matching cake stand to the arch which looked fabulous.Agnes organised delivery times with the venue and sent me a detailed invoice.Communication was great ; delivery, installation and removal went exactly as planned and the result was an outstanding success…I would highly recommend Balloon de Joy !A joyful experience all round!

Amazing service! Agnes was very quick to respond to my emails, and she also sent through different coloured sets of balloons so I knew exactly what I was getting. Thank you so much for my daughter’s first birthday balloon set up. It was absolutely beautiful! Will definitely use her service again in the future!

We ordered a balloon garland for a corporate event that we were running and could have not been more thrilled with the quality and service. Agnes and her team were a delight to deal with, went above and beyond in delivery, even helping us set up a frame that was nowhere in their remit! Professional with an exceptional quality.
