Ordered fish cocktails and chips. Fish really oilly thick batter and daughter choked on bones in fish 5 of them in the one coctail they were min 3cms long each one.

Absolutely in shock at the crazy good value for money!! Ordered 2 large chips to feed 5 kids and 5 adults, expecting to need two given typical take away experiences, but boy was I wrong!!! Definitely would of only needed 1!! Not to mention the double sized scallops!! Absolute value for money, Highly recommended and will definitely visit again!! Well done tom and Pam!!

After waiting & missing tom & Pam’s food especially the chips was extremely disappointed when we went back after they reopened50 minutes wait on a mini chips & a burgerThe chip weren’t even cooked properly flash fried, soggy & drenched in oil!The workers spent more time talking to each other rather than working and getting their orders out faster than they actually were.I hope they pick up their game and hire some staff who have actually worked in a takeaway shop & can keep up with the busy pace while still producing great food otherwise old customers will just go elsewhere

Absolutely disgusting service and hygiene !!!25mins later our burgers still hadn't been started - the young girl claimed its not her responsibility" and that "the guy meant to be cooking the meat just left". She kept taking orders while no food was getting cooked.There was 3 young kids running the shop that had no idea what they were doing and were handling all the food without gloves or washing their hands.Several customers were upset and left without their food."

Ordered two steak sandwiches for lunch both of the steaks were inedible full of gristle and as tough as old boots. It’s so sad to see this once great place in seemingly constant decline not only in service but also in quality of food over the past few years.

So disappointed. For the price I would not have expected the Burger to taste like sausage mince. If it was a gourmet Burger maybe the price would make sense. $15 for a Burger with the lot is pathetic. The chips looked and tasted like they had been re-cooked a few times and the dim sims were way over cooked. There were 3 of us eating and no one enjoyed the food and would not buy again.
