The guys and gal's at the Fryers Street store are fantastic I needed 3 lockets of the same design, they managed to get them for me from their other branches, there was a problem with a couple of them after the photos were put in to them from a photo shop, they went above and beyond to locate 2 more for me, and the engraving they did for me was perfect.I highly recommend them on my experience.
