Absolutely appalling customer service and communication, had a picture bought for me as a gift of my car, turn out the person who ordered it for me accidentally ordered the wrong model of car, i reached out and asked if they can change it for me, they said to return it in its original packaging and they can send a replacement. After sending it back i never heard back for about 2 months until i directly messaged them asking where it is, they asked for the original invoice which I didn’t have since i was not the one who originally bought it, it was a gift from a relative, and the invoice was still attached to the box since it was sent in its original packaging, i direct messaged back stating this and i was ignored and never received a replacement. 6 months later its still not here Do not buy from these people. They couldn’t care less about customer service and have no problem taking customers money and providing false information about returning items save you time and money and go elsewhere
