Returning client.This was a memorable construction as we braved a couple of hiccups and delays along the way. During the start of the construction, it was discovered that there were plenty of rocks in the property which required more time to excavate. AlphaQ helped me through this process when we needed to amend the drawings in order to suit the conditions of the property. When the town planning permit lapsed, we had to apply for an extension and AlphaQ made sure to follow-up regularly to expedite the process. Once things were sorted out and the construction commenced, it was full speed ahead from there. Our worries were wiped away with the regular site updates provided to us by the team. Carmen was an absolute pleasure to deal with, her professionalism and experience made it feel like a walk in the park throughout my build. I Would highly recommended!
