Engaged Black Cat Security to look into our home security needs and Damian was extremely thorough in coming out with a solution that does not impede the way we currently live. I never liked the old-fashioned (common) alarm solutions and was looking for something more advanced, intuitive and preventative in nature. Damien had exactly what I wanted. He was thorough, respectful, and patient in answering the dozens of questions I had in mind to ensure that i understood the proposal entirely. He also took the extra effort to come up with some out-of-the-box customised features that I wanted.In short, if you want to have a robust solution without spending extra $$ on unnecessary stuffs that you don’t need, Damian is the person to speak to as he is not a salesperson but a consultant who has a lot of experience in crime prevention.Timothy was efficient and did a great job in completing my installation within 2 days without leaving a mess. He also did not hesitate to help me make some last minute changes to the design that I felt was necessary.Not to forget, their after sales service was prompt as well and everything was attended to with just an email away.

We initially engaged Black Cat Security to install security cameras. Even at the commisioning stage, Black Cat Security stood out as the only company in Perth I contacted that responded to my inquiry for a quote (most did not respond) and secondly came to our house for a very thorough pre-assessment and therefore provided accurate advice as to what cameras should be installed where and for how much (the only other company to provide an on-site quote made a far more rudimentary assessment). The professionalism continued as Damian and Timothy spent the major part of a day installing the cameras and the cabling and then providing us with a comprehensive explanation and notes about their operation. Based on that experience I then decided to switch the monitoring of our existing alarm system - from a large national company based in the eastern states which, at best, only sent us text messages if alarms were triggered - to Black Cat Security's local sub-contractor. It has been so reassuring to receive phone calls from this local monitoring service even when we just triggered the alarm momentarily after returning home. Our previous provider would not have bothered contacting us by any means in these circumstances.All in all, we are very pleased that we have contracted Black Cat Security to add to and improve our home security.

I recently purchased a bosch 6000 security system from black cat security, Damien the owner did the quote he was very helpfull and knowledgeable and answered all my questions his son Timothy did the install and it was done to a very high standard, they both took pride in their work and provided great customer service which is not that common these days.

Black cat security is just amazing! We had issues with our system while we were away on holidays and had a house sitter. They stayed in regular contact with us and our house sitter to ensure we fixed this as soon as possible. Tim fixed it the day we got back! Not only did he fix it promptly and with such ease but he went that extra mile too. We have a very naughty cat that always escapes. He overheard my dad ask about him and if he was still inside when he was talking to my husband. We thought he might be hiding but weren’t sure. As Tim was driving off he saw a cat out the front of ours that looked the same as our little Doug and immediately called me as he knew we didn’t quite know where our Doug was. He even tried to catch him to take him back but the kitty ran away.I rang my husband and luckily it wasn’t our Doug but I so appreciated Tim’s care for Doug after hearing a passing comment. The customer service is second to none and we so appreciate Tim’s care for us and our fur babies.
