Ordered delivery on the app they charge more for the food via app. Food was inedible plus the delivery driver they used accused me of getting more than the one meal I paid for and he tried to open screen door himself, which he has no right to do. Reported to KFC head office and no reply. Paralowie KFC you need to cook better food and teach your staff manners.

Bad customer service, seen workers throwing food at each other, attitude in the workers to the customers. The workers have too much freedom and they don’t get told off. Also paid for the food i went to order then they tell me that they don’t have the food that i specifically ordered.

The order screens were not working so I told the person at the counter they gave me and attitude. The workers in the back were throwing food at each other and when i was finally allowed to order after I paid they told me they didn’t have what I ordered

The staff working here are very rude… while waiting for our order I went to use the toilet they are disgusting couldn’t use the toilet so dirty & used sanitary items in the toilet, went to the counter to let them know they need to clean them not one person went in to clean them they all refused….the tables in the restaurant were all dirty & floor… some extra training for staff would be a good idea

Does management actively seek out rude, careless, terrible staff or does it come with training for this store specifically?I have never been to another KFC with staff so rude and unsuitable for a customer facing role.this time I even I asked for a receipt so I could fill out one of their reviews, but was rudely told “you’ll have to ask for that at the next window” with an eye roll to go with it.And guess what! At the next window, I got a bag shoved into my hand by a staff member who was too busy talking to their coworkers to even turn their head and look at me. And then slammed the window closed and walked off.So no, I didn’t get a chance to even ask for a receipt.And of course as per usual, the chips were stone cold and tasted like rubbery undercooked raw potatoes0/10

Third time ordered from here and they still cannot put the order together properly. Each time something missing. They do not send out the missing food even though you pay the premium for delivery.

Called in because felt like some hot chips as they normally are the best.Not this time cold and like cooked in old oil .Would of taken back but had to get to work.

Wrong order handed over in drive through. Came all the home and realised. Went back and got my order. Came home and realised no extras in the burgers even though i paid for it.Worst experience ever. Customer service is really bad.
