Had my first hemp infused coffee this morning. De-lish! Have been a regular here for quite some time. Corey's passion for delivering healthy, nutrient dense food and beverages is outstanding. He is offering a great alternative to the usual fare at other eateries. I am happy to support his business...and would like to see others do so as well.

I've had the Get Jacked Spicy Superfood Salad" twice now. The second time I had it I just had to make sure it was the salad that made me feel so good and not something else. About 30 minutes after consuming it I just get a surge of energy

How are there not more reviews for here? Delicious and wholesome meals. Try the volcano meal & the morning glory smoothie with almond milk - my favorites! Just tried the new breakfast - mmmm avo toast with an egg, hummus & pesto sauce. Great place for dairy free options, gluten free options as well as vegan.Best coffee around and they also sells hemp products to boot. 10 outta 10 ⭐️

Today I had the Volcano and the variety of organic foods in the bowl was impressive enough, but the explosive flavour set it over the edge.I had an excellent experience and was full for the rest of the day. Couldn’t recommend more!

Absolutely delicious food which I cannot recommend enough. I've been purchasing their salads and smoothies via UberEats while I work from home and the portions are so generous, filled with incredible ingredients and affordably priced. I've been looking for a way to help get some healthier, organic food into my diet and their meals have both inspired and helped get back into better eating habits. Superb local business making simply wonderful food - Try the Keto Commando it's my favourite and the Island Dream Smoothie

Yummiest food using the cleanest wholesome ingredients and not over priced! We got two of the salad bowls and a smoothie and did not disappoint :) friendliest service and passionate owner definitely give it a try
