If i could give a negative review i would.My partner was driving his VE commodore from Melbourne to Gold Coast when an error occured. I called and explained the situation to the service department. The lady i spoke to was not helpful to say the least and told me you were booked out two weeks in advance. I explained this was an unforeseen situation and asked for the scan tool to be put on the car so we could get the error message to our mechanic.It literally was a couple of minute job which was done by another dealership.

Very busy because they are short a few mechanics. I had my car booked in for the previous day but the part they had ordered had not been sent and they did not check the delivery until they began servicingmy car. So i had been dropped off home already and had to return within a short time, and come back againthe next day.. Drop off and pick up service was good.

No customer service. Went in this morning looking at upgrading our car for our growing family. One of the staff walked past and kept his head down, and went and sat inside. We kept looking at some different cars and no one would come near us or another young couple in the yard.As we were leaving two men walked out and served a customer who had just walked in. No acknowledgment of us or anything.Went to another dealership and was served immediately and found a car that is perfect for us.Will never return to Geissler Motors.

My partner bought her new car through Harley. He made the entire process effortless from the day we enquired to the day we drove away. Extremely friendly and no question too big or small. We also appreciate the thorough handover which most car salesmen will skip through to save time.
