Over 40s Transformation Centre
Joined this gym for over 40s over a year ago. It’s been great , love the classes especially with all the other members. There’s no pressure to be a A+++ fitness gym junkie. It’s up to you and George is great at giving you encouragement and advice. Highly recommend this gym, if you want to get back into shape .
