Excellent place to visit. No pictures of the glow worms as the light from the phones would hurt them. The guides are very polite and knowledgeable. There's also a little frog sanctuary to visit. The place is located in a winery, so you can also try and/or buy some wine (I recommend the chocolate port). You can go on a little walk down the viniard and see the grapes and a small lake.Buy tickets in advance online to make sure you get a spot. There are toilets near the entrance.

Had such a great time here! The staff are very kind and involved. Went through the cave in about 10-15 minutes. Not a very long walk the staff just takes a moment to show the worms and answer any questions. Also had a shed area with lots of frogs (in cages) that were beautiful to see. Definitely recommend this! Make sure to make a booking beforehand! I also recommend stopping by the restaurant here, it’s a bit overpriced (in my opinion), but it’s a wonderful spot to enjoy a coffee and nature.

It was a really nice experience and very informative. The tour run by the place is good and guides provide a lot of information. The glow worm cave itself is as not very big as we expected it to be much more but it was still majestic to see the glow worms shining.TIP: book your tickets in advance when visitingDefinitely would recommend as it is a unique experience

It's a cute place to go but it's a very short experience. I'd only go if your already in the area. It's about 5 minutes in the cave overall. They also have a little frog area right next to it which is also worth looking at. Have a fun game of trying to spot them.

The glow worm cave experience was worth the fee. Saw these amazing creatures up close and personal. Learned about their life cycle and their bioluminescence. Great frog section as well.

Experience was great and the tour was very informative. Tour guide was brilliant and although it’s a small tunnel, it’s definitely worth the visit. There’s a frog hollow area to see too whilst you’re there. The glow worms cave is man-made, and some of the photos are misleading, however it's a nice tour and great to see.Only downside was the parking lot, with one particular curb poking out which drivers should be aware of (we saw 2 cars near us hit the curb poking out, one taking damage).

A winner with visitors, or I recommend taking yourself here if you haven't been. I've been here 3 times and took visitors with me twice. Both groups loved it. You get to watch a video to give your eyes the chance to adjust to the dark before the tour. I won't give anymore away, but the whole experience goes for approx half an hour. It's hard to describe & no pictures or video allowed - you need to see it for yourself. It's slightly cheaper to buy tickets online. I had issues with the internet at the time, so the staff member offered to put it through for me at the discounted rate. He also was our tour guide and seemed very knowledgeable. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. Highly recommended.

It was a cool once off experience. A huge man made cave. It was pretty unpleasant with our guide who was insincere and loud- really hard to enjoy the place with kids yelling, the guide pretending to be a wiggles host and being pushed through. Good to do once but probably not again.
